Phil works alongside a number of Local Authorities and MATs of a broad range of programmes and projects.
Phil is the author of the Music Maestro Primary Curriculum, designed for non-specialist music teachers.

He has extensive Ofsted inspection experience and previously held national leadership responsibility for the training and development of inspectors. A former senior school and trust leader, he specialises in evaluation, leadership development, teaching and learning, achievement, curriculum and improvement planning.
Phil also brings subject expertise in history, having previously held a national lead role in this area.
