Phil is an independent educational consultant who heads up the Quality Assured team. With 25 years of experience within the education sector, including 13 years of Headteacher experience, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and innovative ideas to the table.

Phil has a background in supporting leaders at all levels, not just through his personable approach, but through the rigorous and professional relationships he quickly builds with clients.
